Clothing and Shoe Policy

Make sure all athletes hair is out of their face. They can wear their hair in a ponytail, bun, braid or any hairstyle where it isn’t going to get in the way.  Please no jewelry.

Girls:

We prefer that girls wear a leotard but athletic shorts and a t-shirt are okay. No snaps, zippers or buckles, and nothing loose fitting.  Girls go upside down and it is a safety hazard if their clothes are too loose.

Boys:

Boys can wear comfortable shorts and a t-shirt to their class. Avoid clothes with any snaps, zippers or buckles that could get caught on any of the equipment.

Shoes and socks are not allowed on the gymnastic floor and equipment. Only cheer students working on their stunting and tumbling with cheer shoes are allowed.
