Introductory course for those starting their gymnastics training. Fundamentals of gymnastics are taught through engaging curriculum on all events including; Bars, Beam, Floor, Vault.
Ages 5+
Duration: 60 Minutes
Builds on skills learned in the beginner levels and starts to focus on more advanced gymnastics skills. Advanced class will strengthen the gymnast’s flexibility, balance, and coordination. Completion of Gym 1 or instructor evaluation is required to advance to next level.
Ages 5+
Duration: 1 Hour 15 Minutes
Builds on skills learned in the beginner levels and starts to focus on more advanced gymnastics skills. Advanced class will strengthen the gymnast’s flexibility, balance, and coordination. Completion of Gym 2 or instructor evaluation is required to advance to Gym 4.

Duration: 1 Hour 30 Minutes

Your young athlete will feel like a real Ninja Warrior in our challenging and exciting athletic training classes! Each workout combines fun Ninja Warrior elements with classic athletic training including: agility, athletic speed training, balance and strength.

Completion of beginner ninja warrior class or coach approval required to advance into the advanced class.
Ages 5+
Duration: 60 Minutes
Beginning Tumbling students are taught fundamentals needed in all aspects or tumbling and acrobats. Handstand, Cartwheel, Round-Off, and Kick-overs are the primary skills focused on in this class.
Ages 7+
Duration: 60 Minutes
Advanced Tumbling specializes in the instruction of advanced difficulties of floor acrobatics for gymnastics, cheerleading, martial arts, parkour, or general acrobatic skill. Coaches approval is needed to enter this class. Back handspring, Back Walkover, and/or powerful Round-off is required for entry.
We are providing a fun and safe place for your children to spend some time after school. We will pick your child from cafeteria at Imagine Elementary School and take them to our facility where we start with the homework. And, after that we will spend some time in the gym playing with your little one.
Summer Camp Only
Classes are held on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, where we teach gymnastics, and ninja skills. Not just physically, we help build self confidence and character with unique and fun exercise, and physical challenges. So, let us help you enhance your capabilities!

Make sure all athletes hair is out of their face. They can wear their hair in a ponytail, bun, braid or any hairstyle where it isn’t going to get in the way. Please no jewelry.
Girls should...
We prefer that the girls wear a leotard but shorts and a t-shirt are okay just no snaps, zippers or buckles, just nothing too loose fitting. Girls go upside down and it is a safety hazard if their clothes are too loose.
Boys should...
Boys can wear comfortable shorts and a t-shirt to their class. You want to avoid clothes with any snaps, zippers or buckles that could get caught on any of the equipment.
Shoes and socks are not allowed on the gymnastic floor and equipment. Only cheer students working on their stunting and tumbling with cheer shoes are allowed.

Times: 5:00 – 6:00
Open gym is a 2.5 hour block where participants and guests arrive to join a group through a set rotation of workouts in the guidance our gymnastic staff.
Duration - 6:00 – 8:30
